How to find us

Directions from the North of Atwater:

  • Take State Hwy 99 South until Applegate Rd. Exit. 
  • Exit Freeway and turn right onto Applegate. 
  • Proceed until Applegate meets with Highway 140 next to the Applegate Market
  • Turn Left onto State Hwy 140.  Proceed a quarter mile.  First driveway on your right with white drop down gate.

Directions from South of Merced.

  • Take Hwy 99 North until "R" Street Exit
  • Exit Freeway and proceed straight, down 14th street.. 
  • Turn left onto "V" Street.  Proceed under overpass.
  • Turn right onto Highway 140 and continue in the same direction past Home Depot.
  • Proceed 6 miles. 
  • Ranch is located on left and is protected via a single white drip down gate past Quinley Ave.
